ABOUT STUDENTFÖRSAKRING

Studentförsäkring.se is a student insurance plan developed by Aon Affinity, which is part of Aon Sweden AB, in partnership with Gouda Reseförsäkring.

Assignment
As regards Studentförsäkring.se, under the terms of an agreement drawn up between Aon Sweden AB and Gouda Reseförsäkring, Aon Sweden AB has undertaken to mediate insurance, on behalf of Gouda Reseförsäkring, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6, §2, Section 2, of the Swedish Insurance Mediation Act (2005:405).

Remuneration
As regards services rendered as mediator of insurance, as detailed above, Aon Sweden AB receives an annual fee from the insurer(s) with whom the customer enters into a contract of insurance, based on the amount of premium paid by the customer. Aon Sweden AB will not receive additional remuneration other than the agreed amount as stated above. Remuneration is estimated to amount to 15% of the annual premium, and includes all manner of services within the limitss of the present assignment. In the event of refund of premium, this shall entail reduced remuneration to Aon Sweden AB. The amount of the refunded premium includes the reduced remuneration to Aon Sweden AB.

Liability insurance
Aon Sweden AB satisfies all the mandatory requirements concerning liability insurance that apply with respect to insurance mediators, in accordance with the pertinent laws, ordinances, instructions and recommendations relating to mediation of insurance. Minimum compensation payable under the terms of Aon Sweden AB’s liability insurance is EUR 1 million/any one event, and EUR 4 million/year (March 2006 - equivalent to around SEK 9.5 million and around SEK 38 million, respectively). The insurer is White Rock Insurance (Europe) PCC Ltd. An insurance certificate may be issued on request stating details concerning address, etc, of the insurance company. A claimant shall always have the right to submit a claim for compensation directly to the insurer. In such a case the provisions of the Swedish Insurance Contracts Act shall apply as regards time specifications when damages should be reported.

Supervisory authority, etc.
The company stands under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s postal address: Box 6750, 113 85 Stockholm, Sweden. Registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office relates to mediation of all types of insurance. Authorisation of physical persons to mediate insurance can be verified through the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Other pertinent information
In the event that a customer wishes to express an opinion concerning Aon Sweden AB’s handling of the mediation assignment, or wishes to bring a complaint against Aon Sweden AB, the customer is requested to submit a written statement specifying the reasons underlying the points of view and/or complaints, which should be sent to Aon Sweden AB, Customer Service, Box 12 820, 112 97 Stockholm. General Counsel at Aon Sweden AB is in charge of complaints.

The possibilities to bring a claim against Aon Sweden AB are regulated under Swedish law and pertinent agreements. Over and above a court hearing of a case, it is possible that a dispute may be settled by arbitration, provided that a separate agreement has been drawn up to this effect between the customer and Aon Sweden AB.

The Personal Data Act (1998-204)
Personal data that we obtain about you in connection with purchase of insurance coverage and in connection with our claims handling procedures, are required for the execution of our contractual obligations, and in all other respects to satisfy your needs and requirements as our customer. The information may additionally be used to evaluate and pass decisions about the content and formulation of insurance policies as well as market analyses. For reasons stated above, personal data may be passed to business organisations with whom we collaborate. Moreover, personal data may also be used for purposes of sending further information to you about other services that we, as well as our collaborating partners, can provide. Additionally, we have certain obligations to provide the authorities with such information that they may request. You yourself have the right to address to us a request, in writing, asking for details concerning the information that we have obtained about you, and in what manner that this has been used. You may also notify us in writing if you do not wish information about yourself to be used in conjunction with direct marketing efforts.
